What happens during a treatment

Your therapist will take a detailed history & record any medications you may be taking.

You will be invited to sit on a treatment couch. As only the feet are involved there will be no need to remove clothing except socks/tights and shoes.

Your feet will be cleansed at the start of the treatment. Your therapist will then carry out the treatment which involves various massage & pressure techniques applied to the reflex points on the soles & on the upper part of the foot.

After your treatment you will have the opportunity to ask your therapist any questions you may have. You will be given an aftercare sheet which gives advice on how to get the maximum benefit from your treatment.
